AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING SANITARY SEWER WATER OR
INDUSTRIAL WASTE WATER FROM BEING PUT INTO STORM SEWERS
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of
Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1. That Section 22A.110 of the Municipal Code of
the V aiI' -ge Elk Grove Village which prescribes penalties for
violations of said Chapter 22A be renumbered so that henceforth
It be known as 22A.111.
Section 2. That a new section 22A.110 of the Municipal Code
of the age of Elk Grove Village is hereby adopted to read as
follows:
"Section 22A.110 No person, firm or corporation shall
permit, make, or cause to make,a connection or otherwise
discharge sanitary sewer water, or industrial waste water
into any storm sewer into the Village of Elk Grove Village.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts thereof in conflict with
the prows ons of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from a e er its passage, approval and publication according to
law.
