AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE DEFINITION OF BICYCLES
UNDER THE ELK GROVE VILLAGE CODE SO AS TO REGULATE
ALL BICYCLES REGARDLESS OF SIZE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties
of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1 - That Section 14.923 of the Municipal Code of
Elk Grove Village be amended to read as follows:
"14.923 Definition of the Term "Bicycle". Every
device propelled by human power upon which any person may ride
having two tandem wheels."
Section 2 - This section shall be in full force from and
after its approval, passage, and publication according to law.
