AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 13.108 - CONTRACTOR'S BOND,
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois:
Section 1 - That the last two paragraphs of Section 13.108 of the Mun-
icipal Code of Elk Grove Village contained on page 94 thereof be amended to
read as follows:
"Such bond shall be in a principal amount of $10,000.00, payable
to the Village in the event of any breach of the conditions of such
bond."
"In lieu of such bond a contractor constructitg single family
residences may deposit $50.00 for each single family residence, pro-
vided further, that any repairs or replacements of parkways or sidewalks
shall be completed within three months of the time such construction
is completed."
Section 2 - That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
