AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER T ARTICLE III OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois:
Section 1 - Section 7.303 of the Municipal Code of Elk Grove Village
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"7.303 Duties.) It shall be the duty of the board of appeals to
hear and decide any appeal or any decision, order or interpretation by the
officer whose duty it is to enforce the zoning ordinance; and it shall have
the power to reverse any decision of such officer on the concurring vote of
four members of the board as provided by statute."
Section 2 - This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, and approval according to law.
