AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14.512 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE PROHIBITING PARKING ALONG
CERTAIN PORTIONS OF BIESTERFIELD PARKWAY AND EDEN ROAD
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois:
Section 1 - That parking along certain portions of Biesterfield Park-
way and Eden Road as hereinafter set forth be prohibited and that Section
14.512 of the Municipal Code of Elk Grove Village be amended by adding
thereto the following:
"18 - On the south side of Biesterfield Parkway between Creighton
Street and Salt Creek bridge."
"19 - On the north and East side of Eden Road between Biesterfield
Parkway and Lonsdale Avenue."
Section 2 - That appropriate signs carrying forth the intention of
this ordinance be installed.
Section 3 - This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
