AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 22 A.102 OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1. That Section 22 A.102 of the Municipal Code of the
Village of Elk Grove Village be and is hereby amended by adding
thereto the following:
"No new application for water service requested for
service subsequent to 28th day of October, 1963 nor any other
application for water service arising after the discontinuance
of service shall be granted unless the user requesting same shall
deposit the sum of $20.00 to guarantee the payment of all water
and sewer bills. Said amount shall be returned to the user upon
notification by the user requesting the discontinuance of service
and upon payment of final bill."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in Hill force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according
to law.
