AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14.512 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE
VILLAGE PROHIBITING PARKING ALONG ARLINGTON
HEIGHTS ROAD
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1. That Section 14.512 of the Municipal Code of the Village of
Elk Grove Village is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
1120 - On the east and west side of Arlington Heights Road in
the Village of Elk Grove Village."
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage,
approval and publication according to law.
