AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SUBDIVISION CONTROL
ORDINANCE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE INCREASING
REQUIRED SIZE OF CERTAIN LOTS TO 7500 SQUARE FEET
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board.
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Coo'.
and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1. That the second paragraph regulating lots on
Page 52, Section 8.004 of the Municipal Code of Elk Grove
Village be and is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Residential lots served by a public sewage system and
public water supply system, or a village franchised
private system, shall not be less than sixty feet wide
at the building setback line nor less than seventy-five
hundred square feet in area.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in Hill force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to lawe
PASSED and APPROVED this 28th day of May, 1964.
