AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TEXT OF THE ELK GROVE
ZONING ORDINANCE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook County and
DuPage County, Illinois:
Section 1. That Sections 5 (a) (2) of Articles V, VI, and
VII obi Ton Ordinance of Elk Grove Village be amended to read
as follows:
"Where lots have a double frontage, the required front
yard requirement shall be provided on both streets."
Section 2. That Ordinance No. 40 of the Village of Elk Grove
Village be an is hereby repealed. Said ordinance having added
language to the above.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from an�fer its passage, approval and publication according to
law.
