AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7.306 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE
OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Du Page, Illinois:
Section 1. That Section 7.306 of the Municipal Code of the Village of
Elk Grove Village is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 7.306 Meetings.) The Zoning Board of Appeals shall conduct its
regular meetings on the third (3rd) Tuesday of each month. However, a
petitioner may request a special meeting to hear his particular case, in
which case there shall be an additional fee of Forty ($40) Dollars for
said special meeting."
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
