AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 270 WHICH PROVIDES FOR A SPECIAL ZONING
COMMISSION, SAID AMENDMENT INCREASES THE MMSERSHIP OF SUCH COMMISSION TO
THIRTEEN (13) MEMBERS,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village;
Section 1. That Section 3 of Ordinance No. 270, passed and approved
on February 7, 1963, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 3. Said Zoning Commission shall consist of thirteen (13) members,
one of whom shall serve as chairman. Said members and chairman shall be
appointed by the President of the Village with the concurrence of the Board
of Trustees and shall serve until. a new Zoning Ordinance is adopted at which
time said Commission shall cease to exist.
All members and Chairman of Zoning Commission shall serve without compensation."
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
