HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE - 298 - 7/5/1963 - APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE 63/64ORDINANCE NO. 298 AN ORDINANCE MAKING APPROPRIATIONS TO DEFRAY THE EXPENSYS OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE FOR MUNICIPAL PURPOSES DESIGNATED AS THE "ANNUAL APPROPRIATION BILL" FUR THE NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED By the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois: Section 1. That this ordinance shall be termed and designated as the "Annual Appropriation Bill" for the period beginning May 1, 1963 and ending April 30, 1964. Section 2. Article IK - Miscellaneous Revenues 1. All miscellaneous receipts of revenues from all purposes not hereby expressly reserved or appropriated shall be available to any appropriation herein provided for not payable out of specific funds. 2. All unexpended balances of any item or items of any general appropriation made in this ordinance be expended in making up any insufficiency in any item or items in the same general appropriation fund for the same general purpose. 3. All unexpended balances from the annual appropriation of previous years are hereby reappropriated. Section 3.
