AN ORDINANCE MAKING APPROPRIATIONS TO DEFRAY THE EXPENSYS
OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE FOR MUNICIPAL PURPOSES
DESIGNATED AS THE "ANNUAL APPROPRIATION BILL" FUR THE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED By the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1. That this ordinance shall be termed and designated
as the "Annual Appropriation Bill" for the period beginning May 1, 1963
and ending April 30, 1964.
Section 2. That the following sums, or so much thereof as may be
authorized by law, be and the same are hereby appropriated for the
fiscal year beginning May 1, 1963 and ending April 30, 1964 to the
several municipal objects and purposes as follows:

Article VIII - Motor Fuel Tax Fund
All moneys received from the State Motor Fuel Tax as provided in
act entitled "An Act in Relation to a tax upon the privilege of
operating motor vehicles upon highways therein and making certain
appropriations in connection therewith," approved March 23, 1939,
as amended, are hereby appropriated to be expended in accordance
with the provisions of said Act.
Article IK - Miscellaneous Revenues
1. All miscellaneous receipts of revenues from all purposes
not hereby expressly reserved or appropriated shall be available to
any appropriation herein provided for not payable out of specific
funds.
2. All unexpended balances of any item or items of any
general appropriation made in this ordinance be expended in making
up any insufficiency in any item or items in the same general
appropriation fund for the same general purpose.
3. All unexpended balances from the annual appropriation
of previous years are hereby reappropriated.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication according
to law,
