AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 111.505 OF THE iviUNICIPAL CODE OF LLK GROVE
VILLAGE PROHIBITING ALL NIGHT PARKING BhTWEEN THE HOURS OF 2:00 A.M. AND 5:00 AJI1
NOW, THER.EFORL, BE IT CRDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook County, Illinois:
Section 1. That Section 14.505 of the Municipal Code of Elk Grove Village be and
is hereby amended to read as follows:
1114.505. All Night Parking. No person shall park any vehicle on any street in
the Village of Elk Grove Village between the hours of 2:00 A.M. and 5:00 A.M. of
any day, except physicians on emergency calls and emergency vehicles in the
performance of their assignments."
Section 2. That the Chief of Police is hereby directed to post adequate signs
through the Village sufficiently indicating the parking ban set forth above
prior to enforcing said ordinance.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
