AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 14.805 Oz THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF ELK GROVE VILIA GE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook County, Illinois:
Section 1. That Section 111.805 of the Municipal Code of Elk Grove Village
be and it is hereby repealed.
Section 2. That this ordinance is in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval, publication, according to law.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 27th day of November, 1961.
