AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING ANNEXATION FEES AND ADDING SECTION 7.710 T'0 THE
nUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois,
Section 1. That there is hereby added to the iiunicipal Code of the Village
of Elk Grove Village the following:
"7.710 Annexation Fees. All applicants for annexation of property to the
Village of Elk Grove Village shall pay an annexation fee of ;,20.00 for each
annexation, which fee shall be used to defer the cost of recording plats of
annexations and other costs incurred in relation thereto."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its
passage and approval according to law.
