Ali ORDINANCE REPEALING PROVISIONS REQUIRING BOND TO BE FURNISHED BY
RESERVE POLICEMEN
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1. That Paragraph 5 Section 5.11 of the Municipal Code of the
Village of Elk Grove Village be and is hereby repealed.
Section 2. That Paragraph F of Section 5.12 of the Municipal Code of
the Village of Elk Grove Village be and is hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
PASSED this 19th day of March, 1962.
APPROVED this 21st day of March, 1962.
