AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING CHARING CROSS ROAD AND TOWER LANE
AND RIDGEWOOD ROAD AND CREST AVENUE AS STOP INTERSECTIONS,
AMENDING SECTION 14.204 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF
THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE. ILLINOIS
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties
of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1. That Section 14.204 of the Municipal Code
of Elk Grove Village be amended by adding thereto the following:
"5. All traffic shall stop
or upon the intersection of
Lane.
before entering in, across
Charing Cross Road and Tower
116. All traffic shall stop before entering in, across
or upon the intersection of Ridgewood Road and Crest
Avenue."
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication,
according to law.
