AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 13.104 OF TllE MUNICIPAL CODE
OF ELIC GROVE VILLAGE AND ADDING PROVISIONS REQUIRING

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
Board of Trustees of the Village
of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
ORDAINED by the President and
of Elk Grove Village, Counties
Section 1. That Section 13.104 of the Municipal Code
of Elk Grove Village be amended to read as follows:
„13.104.
°(a) Approval of pl::ns. Such application, with plans
shall be referred to the building committee of the
Village Board who shall examine the same to determine
whether or not the proposed alterations comply with the
provisions of the building code relating thereto. Upon
approval, one set of plans shall be retained by the
building inspector and the other set returned to the
applicant. No permit shall be issued except after
approval of the plans and the payment of the fee pro-
vided for herein.
"(b) Contractors shall provide survey. All owners and
contractors erecting non-residential buildings or
structures or adding thereto shall provide the building
department of the Village with a plat of survey showing
the location of subsurface improvements in reference to
property lines and other structures located on the same
property under development, prior to proceeding with
above -ground improvements."
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication,
according to law.
