AN ORDINANCE APiENDING SECTION 7.302 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE
OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE RELATING TO TERN, OF OFFICE OF MEMBERS OF THE ZONING
BOARD OF APPEALS
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAIiVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1. That Section 7.302 of the Municipal Code of Elk Grove Village
be amended to read as follows:
117.302 Term.) Following the original appointments as provided by statute,
the successor of each member so appointed shall serve for a term of five
years."
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval, according to law.
