AAD, WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, having considered the recommendation of said Zoning Board of Appeals, .gid the agreement of the petitioner that water and sewer lines will be run into thn property at no cost to the Village and to dedicate such portions of Bisner and Biesterfield Roads as are shown on a plat of survey .prepared by B. G. Greml.ey Company, order Ivo. 62192113 find and believe that the highest and best use o1: said real estate is that of hospital use and related uses. NOW, THEREFORE, a Ii ORDAII&D by the !-resident and Board of Trustees of the Village of ilk Grove Village, Cook County, Illinois: Section 1. That an ordinance entitled "An ordinance to regulate and limit the height and bulk of buildings; to regulate and limit the intensity of the u.se of lot areas, and to regulate and determine the area's of open space within and surrounding such buildings; to classify, regulate and restrict the location of trades and industries and the location of buildings designed for specified industrial business, residential and other uses; to divide the entire Village of Elk Grove Village into districts for the purpose of this ordinance; to fix standards to which buildings or structures shall conform; to prohibit uses, buildings or structures incompatible with the character of such districts respectively; and to prevent additions to and alterations or remodeling of existing buildings or structures in such a way as to avoid therestrictions and limitations lawfully imposed hereunder, and to provide penalties for violation hereof," passed and approved July 8, 1957, known as Ordinance No. 20, as amended, be amended by granting a special usefor hospital use and related uses on the following described real estate: The South 1,119.04 feet, as measured along the West line of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 32, Town- ship U North, Range 11 East of the Third Principal Meridian (except the South 2611 feet of the East 165 feet thereof, and ex- cept the West 115.0 feet, as measured at right angles to the West line thereof and except the South 60.0 feet, as measured at right angles to the South line thereof), Cook County, Illinois, excepting therefrom the West 45 feet, as measured at right angles to the west line thereof, of the South 1,119.04 feet as measured along the West line thereof, and the South 60 feet, as measured at right angles to the South line thereof, except the East 165 feet thereof, all of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 32, Township 111 North, Range 11 East of the Third Principal Meridian, Cook County, Illinois. Section 2. That said real estate as reclassified shall be subject to all the limitations and conditions placed upon properties granted a special use as defined in the ordinances aforementioned. Section 3. That any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or who asists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not more than One hundred (,100) Dollars for each offense, and each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. Section L. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication, according to law. PASSED this 13th day of August, 1962.
