AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE OFFICE OF VILLAGE PHOTOGRAPHER, AMENDING
CHAPTER 4 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE BY ADDING THERETO
ARTICLE VIII VILLAGE PHOTOGRAPHER
NO4, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1. That Chapter 4 of the Aunicipal Code of Elk Grove Village is
hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
"Article VIII. Village Photographer.
"Section 4.801. There is hereby created the office of Village Photographer
who shall take pictures at all Village functions and as directed by the
President and Board of Trustees for the purpose of preserving a pictorial
history of the Village and events which have affected its growth and develop-
ment. Said Village Photographer shall be appointed by the President with
the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees."
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
