AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION
FCR BIDS FCR CONSTRUCTION OF MUNICIPAL
BUILDING
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of
The Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook County, Illinois:
Section 1 That the Clerk of the Village of Elk Grove
Village is hereby directed to publish once in the Elk Grove Herald
an invitation for bids on municipal buildings to be constructed by
said Village, said publication to appear on the 8th day of December,
1960, in said newspaper.
Section 2 That the bids solicited from the above publi—
cation shall be sealed and submitted to A. J. Del Bianco & Associates,
at their offices, architects for said Village, who shall in turn
submit said sealed bids before the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village for opening on the 29th day of
December, 1960, at 8:00 O'clock P.M. at the Ira L. Rupley School, in
the Village of Elk Grove Village.
Section 3 That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect upon its passage and approval according to law.
PASSED this lot day of December, 1960.
APPROVED this lot day of December, 1960.
