AN ORDINANCE AhEiZING SECTION 2.201 ARTICLE II RULES OF ORDER CHAPTER 2
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE OF 1961.
NOw, THEHIbFORL, BE SiOdDAIIAED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook County, Illinois:
SECTION 1. That Section 2.201 ORDER OF BUSINESS be amended to read as
follows:
Section 2.201 ORDER OF BUSINESS. The order of business of the Board
of Trustees of the Village shall be as follows:
First and third Nondays:
a The reading of the journal of the proceedings of the last meeting or
meetings, amendment and approval of same, unless dispensed with by
the Board.
(b) Reports of village officers.
(c) Reports of standing committees.
(d) Reports of special committees (as scheduled or requested)
(e) Reports of citizens' committees (as scheduled or requested)
(f) Presentation of petitions, communications, resolutions and ordinances.
(g) Unfinished business.
(h) New business.
(i) Adjournment.
Second and fourth Mondays:
a The reading of the journal of the proceedings of 'Le last meeting or
meetings, amendment and approval of same, unless dispensed with by
the Board.
(b) Reports of village officers.
(c) Reports of boards and commissions.
(d) Reports of special committees (as scheduled or requested)
(e) Reports of citizens' committees (as scheduled or requested)
(f) Presentation of petitions, communications, resolutions and ordinances.
(g) Unfinished business.
(h) New business.
(i) Adjournment.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances heretofore passed in conflict with the above
noted amendment are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. The aforegoing amendment shall be in full force and effect upon
its passage and approval according to law.
