AD; ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14.501, ARTICLE V, CHAPTER 14 OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE PROHIBITING PARKING, AND SUPPIEMENTING ARTICLE V,
CALPTER 14 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE BY ADDING SECTION 111.511
RESTRICTING PARKIN TO ONE HOUR IN CERTAIN INDUSTRIAL AREAS IN THE VILLAGE
OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE, COOK Q)NTY, INLINOIS
Nj�d, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook County, Illinois:
Section 1. That Section 14.501, Article V, Chapter 14 of the Municipal Code
of Elk Oro" Village be amended so as to prohibit parking along and upon the
following streets and roads and principal parts thereof designated below, and
that the following be added to Section 111.501, Article V, Chapter 14 of the
Municipal Code of Elk Grove Village:
14. (a) Bond Street between Higgins Road on the south and Lee Street on the
north.
(b) Scott Street between Higgins Road on the south and Lee Street on the
north.
(c) King Street between Higgins Road on the south and Lee Street on the
north.
(d) Lee Street between King Street on the west and Bond Street on the east.
Section 2. That Article V, Chapter 14 of the Municipal Code of Elk Grove Village
be supplemented by adding the following:
14.511 One Hour Parking: Parking of automobiles and other vehicles is limited
to one (1) hour on all days of the week on the following streets or portions thereof:
1. Pratt Boulevard between Busse Road and Elmhurst Road also known as York Road.
2. Lunt Avenue between Busse Road and Elmhurst Road also known as York Road.
3. Greenleaf Avenue between Busse Road and Nicholas Boulevard.
4. Estes Avenue between Busse Road and Elmhurst Road also known as York Road.
5. Tauhy Avenue in the Village of Elk Grove Village.
6. Nicholas Boulevard between Greenleaf Avenue and Pratt Boulevard.
7. Landmeier Road between Busse Road on the west and the Village of Elk Grove
Village limits on the east.
8. Busse Road between Landmeier Road and Devon Avenue.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval and publication, according to law.
