N(Us THLREFOUE, BE U ORDAINisD by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook County, Illinois:
Section 1. That Section 18.001 of the Municipal Code of the Village of Elk Grove
Village is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 18.004 Official Responsible for Issuance. The President of the village is
authorized to issue all licenses and permits authorized for issuance by virtue of
this code. Each license or permit issued shall bear the signature of the President
and the Village Clerk.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval according to law.
