AN ORDINANCE AMiNDINU THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF SLK GROVE VILLAGE
ADOPTING THE 1960 EDITION OF THE BA310 BUILDING CODE OF THE BUILDING OFFICIALS
CONFERENCE OF AMERICA.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PHESIDEidT ioD BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE
OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Section 13.102 of the Municipal Code of the Village of Elk Grove
Village is hereby amended to read as follows:
13.102 Adoption of regulations. The provisions of the 1960 edition of the Basic
Building Code, recommended by the Building Officials Conference of America are
hereby adopted as the regulations governing the construction of buildings and
other structures in the village; and it shall be unlawful to erect or construct
any building or structure in the village in violation of, or without compliance
with these regulations.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval and publication according to law.
