AN ORDINANCE RESTRICTING PARKING TO ONE HOUR ON CERTAIN DESIGNATED STREETS AND
REPEALING SECTION 111.501, PARAGRAPH 111 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
NOW2 THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook County, Illinois:
Section 1. That Section 114.501. No Parking Places, paragraph 14. of the Municipal
Code of Elk Grove Village is hereby repealed.
Section 2. That Section 114.511 of the Municipal Code of Elk Grove Village which
restricts parking to one hour on certain designated streets be and is hereby
amended by adding the following paragraphs:
119. Bond Street between Higgins Road on the south and Lee Street
on the north.
1110. Scott Street between Higgins Road on the south and Lee Street
on the north.
"11. King Street between Higgins Road on the south and Lee Street
on the north.
1112. Lee Street between King Street on the west and Bond Street on
the east."
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and affect from and
after its passage, approval and publication, according to law.
