AN ORDINANCE amending Rule 1 of
Section 1 of Article Z of the Adminis-
trative Ordinance.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE„ COOLS COUNTY, ILLINOIS;
SECTION 1. That Rule 1 of Section 1 of Article 2 of the Administra-
tive Ordinance, known as Ordinance No. 1, passed and approved September
14, 1956, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by add-
ing the following at the and of the paragraph:
"The business to be transacted at any meeting shall
be upon an agenda prepared by the Village Clerk. All officers
and Chairmen of standing and special committees shall, not
later than Wednesday preceding the regular meeting, submit
to the Village Clerk the matter or matters to be acted upon
at such regular meeting; and it shall then be the duty of the
Village Clerk to transmit to the President and each Trustee,
a copy of the agenda, together with copies of minutes, re-
ports, ordinances and resolutions, not later than the Saturday
preceding such regular meeting. The agenda for special
meetings shall consist of the purposes for which such meeting
was called. The agenda for adjourned regular meetings shall
conform as near may be to those set forth for regular meet-
ings. of

SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from audafter its passage and approval according to law.
