AN ORDINANCE amending Section 3 of
Article II of an Ordinance entitled„ "An
Ordinance pert'a'ining to emdmals" (known
as Ordinance No. 58).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE: OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE, COOK
COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1, That Section 3 of ,Article iI - Dogs,, of an
Ordinance entitled, "An Ordinance pertaining to animals" (known
as Ordinance No. 58)u be and the same is hereby amended as
follows:
by striking out the title of said Section 3,
which now reads "Muzzles", and substitut-
ing for the title of said Section 3 "Running
at Larger'
SECTION Z. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
affect upon its passage, approval and publication according to law.
