SECTION 1. Ths t Section 10 of atxr, 55 rixcaxxsc°.e entitled, "An
Ordinance providing for fire. limits, and regulota.onq governing the
construction„ alteration, :rqui.psment,, uarr aend occup'"t err loc;Ftiva .aad
maintenance of buildings and astructu«s" (Ordinance No, 39)„ be, and
the same is hereby amended by adding thereto sub ,section ]Owl. to
read as follows:
11B -L No person„ firm or corporation rhall install or alter
any oilheating btarne•r, oil heating equipment or fuel oil storage tank
except in accordance with. the provia:iona of ttw 'wilding Code and in
accordance with a permit to be secured °rom the Building Commi.usioner..
Before proceeding with such iaista,F.lxtirm or alteration, an application
shall be filed for as germft with the Buileang Comrnissiorter;, together
with full information as to the location,; type and construction of the
equipment proposed to be instaalled or altered, The fee to be paid to
the Village for such permit shill be Two ($2,• 00r Dollars for the
installation of each storage tacnk„ up to 1„ 000 gallons, plus fifty ($� 50)
cents for each additional 1,. 000 gallons, and three ;$3.00) dollars
for each oil hennaing burner;, to cover the cost of inspection of the
inatallation�
