AN ORDINANCE SETTING BUIID ING PERMIT FEES AND FEES
FOR EXAMINING PIANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AMENDING
SECTION 10, SUBPARAGRAPH b, ORDINANCE N0, 39 AIM
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook County, Illinois:
Section 1 That Ordinances Nos. 7, 50, and 128 are hereby
repealed and shall be of no force or effect.
Section 2 That Ordinance No. 39, Section 10, subparagraph b#
is amended to read as follows:
"For a permit for the construction or alteration of a building
or structure, the fee shall be at the rate of Three (63.00)
Dollars per 41,000 or fraction thereof of the estimated cost
of construction. In addition to the foregoing the applicant
shall pay One and 50/100 01.50) Dollars per plumbing fixture;
for electrical installation, One and 50/100 (61.50) Dollars
per circuit up to twenty-five (25) circuits, One (95100)
Dollar per circuit up to fifty (50) circuits, and 75¢ per
circuit over fifty (50) circuits; and Two (82.00) Dollars for
a certificate of occupancy; except that the building permit
fee for the construction of a single family residence when
inspected by the Federal Housing Authority or the Veteranle
Administration and the aforementioned charges for plr�:_bing and
electrical installations, shall not exceed the sum of Forty-
five ($45.00) Dollars per single family residence. The ap,
