AN ORDINANCE CBSATINa A BOARD OF FAITH
BE IT ORDAINS Br THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTUS OF TBB VIUAOE OF
ELI GROPE VI UGEO ILLINOIS, THATs
Section 1 (Creation-Appointaant) There is hereby created the
Board of Health of the Village. The Board of Health shall consist of
three members who shall be appointed by the President by and with the
advise and consent of the Board of Trustees.
Section 2 (Duties) The Board of Health shall have the powers
and perform the duties assigned to it by statute or ordinance. It shall
be Ohs duty of the Board of Health to enforce all ordinances of the MA
lap which relate to public health, or relate to nuisances.

% ons for the protection of the health of the Village and to guard agar,

Section 3 (Quarantine - Vaccination) The Board of Health Is

Section 4 (Orders - Notice) Any person violating or refusing
to obey arty order ofthe Board of Health or destroying or mutilating or
eonipealing ary notice posted by or under the authority of the Board of
Health shall be fined not less than one dollar nor more than fifty dollars
for each offense.
Section This ordinance stall be in full force and effect upon
its passage, approval and publication according to lar.
