AN ORDINANCE prohibiting parking
of vehicles upon and along Landmeier
Road within the Village of Elk Grove
Village, Illinois
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE. OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That it be unlawful for any person, firm or
corporation to park a vehicle of any kind or character upon or
along the North and South curbs of Landmeier Road within the
Village of Elk Grove Village.
Section 2. Any person, firm or corporation violating
the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction thereof,
be fined not more than $100.00 for each and every offense.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect upon its passage, approval and publication according
to law.
