to defray the expense of the Village of
Elk Grove Village for municipal purposes
designated as t1he "ANNUAL
BILL" for the period beginning May 1, 1958
and ending Apri.1 30, 1950. -
HE IT ORDAINED by the President and Hoard of Trustees o.f the
Villagis of Elk Grove Village; Cook County„ Illinois.
Section 1. That this ordinance shall be termed and designated as
the "ANNUAL APPROPRIATAON BILL" for the period beginning May 1,.
1958 and ending April 30, 1959,
Section 2., That the following sums or so much thereof as may be
authorized by law, be and the same are hereby appropriated for the fiscal
year beginning May 1, 1958 and ending April 30, 1959e to the several
munic�,pal objects and purposes as follows:

ARTICLE 11. - MOTOR FUEL TAX FUND,
All moneys received from the State Motor Fuel Tax as provided in.
ar act entitled "An Act in Relation to a Tax upon the privilege of operating
Motor Vehicles upon highways therein a..d making certain Appropriations in
connection therewith", approved March 23,. 1939, as amended„ are hereby
appropriated to be expended in accordance with the provisions of the said Act.
ARTICLE U1, - MISCELLANEOUS REVENUES,
Section 1. All miscellaneous receipts of revenues from all purposes
riot hereby expressly reserved or appropriated shall be available to any
appropriation herein provided for n.ct payable out of specific funds.
Section L. All unexpended balances of any item or items of any
general appropriation made in this ordinance be expended in making up any
insufficiency in any item or items in the same general appropriation fund
for the same general purpose.
Section 3. All unexpended balances from the annual appropriation
of previous years are hereby reappropriated..
ARTICLE 1V. - EFFECTIVE DATE
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage„ �pproral and publication according to law.
