WHEREAS, Se�Aion 7-11 of Chapter 23 of the Illinois Revised
Statues, 1957 proAdea:

"Whenever any unincorporated tara.itory, containing
sixty ac res or less,, is wholly bounded by one or
more municipalities or is wholly bounded by one or
more municipalities end a river or lake, such
territory may be annexed by any rnunicipality by
which it is bounded in whole or in parte by the
passage:, of an ordinance to that effect."
WHEREAS, the Duad and territory hereinafter described in
completely surround by the ViUage of Elk Glove Village; sad,
WHEREAS, it will be for the best interests of the Village
that said territory be annenesd thereto,
NOW, THERE -TORE, S.'m'.', IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook County® Illinois;
Section 1. Th,?t the unincorporated territory described as follows:
