AN ORDINANCE ansnexing parte of
Tonne Road and Devon Avenup

WHEREAS, it is provided by Section 7-8 of Article ? of'the
Cities and Villages Act that any municipality by ol. direxnce a�:sy ase ess

WHEREAS, the territory herein nought- to be annexed, and 6s

ianrewfter the said territory, dedicated for street purposes. shall be included
within the boundary lines and limits of said Village of Elk Grove Village.
Section Z. That the Village Clark be and is hereby directed to record with
the Recorder of Deeds of Cook County, lliioois. a certified copy of this ordinance
together with an accurate map of said annexed territory.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its
passage andspproval according to law.
