AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
Section 10 (b) of Ordinance No. 390
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook County, Illinois:
Section 1. That Section 10 (b) of an ordinance entitled "An Ordinance
providing for fire limits, and regulations governing the construction, alteration
equipment, use and occupancy,locatiou and maintenance of buildings and
structures, 11 known as Ordinance No. 39 passed on the ist day of
November,A.D. 1957 be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
By striking therefrom the following: "but not less than
$25. 00 in any case"; also by adding to said Section 10 (b)
the following: "Provided however: (1) That the minimum
fee for the construction of an addition to a building shall
be $5.00; and (2) That the fee for the construction of a
residence, the estimated cost of which does not exceed
$20, 000. 00, shall be $25. 00 when fully inspected by the
Federal Housing Administration or the Veterans Admini-
stration."
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
upon its pas sage,appr oval and publication according to law.
