A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 39-01 ESTABLISHING METER
TESTING CHARGES PURSUANT TO SECTION 7-2-4:E OF THE VILLAGE CODE
OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk
Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: Pursuant to Section 7-2-4:E, Testing Meters, of the Village Code of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, the following meter testing charges are hereby
established for all municipal water meters within the Village of Elk Grove Village:
