AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF
ELK GROVE VILLAGE TITLE 6, CHAPTER 4, SECTION 6-4-5-3: PROHIBITED
AND RESTRICTED AREAS BY DELETING SECTION 64-5-3 B., RESTRICTED
PARKING/PARKING BY PERMIT (FOUNTAIN SQUARE PARK)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That Section 6-4-5-3 B., Restricted Parking/Parking By Permit is
hereby deleted in its entirety.
Section 2: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish this Ordinance
in Pamphlet Form.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval and publication according to law.
