A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A DEPOSITORY AND CERTAIN OFFICIALS AS
APPROPRIATE SIGNATORIES (Financial Investors Trust)
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that the best interest of the
Village of Elk Grove would be served by designating Financial
Investors Trust as a depository in which certain funds and securities
of the Village of Elk Grove Village may be deposited or held in
custody; and
WHEREAS, certain officials are designated as appropriate
signatories.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1: That Financial Investors Trust, is hereby approved as
a depository to be used by the Village in accordance with the
Village's Investment Policy (Resolution 28-99), duly adopted by the
Village Board of Trustees on October 26, 1999.
Section 2: That the following officials are designated
signatories on the account named above: Mayor, Village Manager,
Village Clerk, Village Treasurer and Assistant Village Treasurer.
Section 3: That this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
VOTE: AYES: 6 NAYS: 0 ABSENT: 0
PASSED this 8th day of January, 2002.
