A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF A PLAT OF EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC WATER MAIN
FOR 2355 WOOD DALE ROAD (RECO-O'HARE, LLC.)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, State of Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That approval is hereby given the Plat of Easement
for Public Water Main located in part of Lot 1 in Gullo's Wood Dale
Oaks, being a resubdivision of part of the north half of the
northwest quarter of Section 3 and a part of the northeast quarter of
the northeast quarter of Section 4, Township 40 North, Range 11, East
of the Third Principal Meridian in DuPage County, Illinois, a copy of
which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set
forth.
Section 2: That the Mayor and Village Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign said Plat for and in the name of the Village and
attach thereto the corporate seal.
Section 3: That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to record
a copy of said Plat with the Recorder of Deeds of DuPage County,
Illinois.
Section 4: That this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
VOTE: AYES: 6 NAYS: 0 ABSENT: 0
PASSED this 26th day of February 2002.
