AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT TO NATIONAL CITY
CORPORATION TO PERMIT A DRIVE-THROUGH FACILITY FOR A
PROPOSED BRANCH BANK ON LOT 2B OF THE SUPER KMART CENTER
RE -SUBDIVISION NUMBER 2
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove Village, sitting as
a Zoning Commission, at a Public Hearing duly called and held according to law,
considered the question of granting a Special Use Permit to National City Corporation to
permit the operation of a drive-through facility for a proposed branch bank on Lot 213 of
the Super Kmart Center Re -Subdivision Number 2; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove
Village, after having considered the recommendation and finding of said Plan
Commission, find and believe that it is in the best interest of the Village that said Special
Use Permit be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a Special Use Permit to National City
Corporation to permit the installation and operation of a drive-through facility for a
proposed branch bank on Lot 2B of the Super Kmart Center Re -subdivision Number 2.
Section 2: That the questions, concerns and conditions raised by the Plan
Commission and agreed to by National City Corporation as set forth in the Finding of
Fact by said Plan Commission dated December 2, 2004 are hereby incorporated into this
Ordinance by reference.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval according to law,
