AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 3, CHAPTER 3, SECTION 3-3-7, NUMBER OF
LICENSES OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE
VILLAGE BY INCREASING THE NUMBER OF CLASS "B" LIQUOR LICENSES
(FOOD -4 -LESS)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That Chapter 3, Section 3-3-7, Number of Licenses of the Village Code of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, as it pertains to Class `B" Liquor Licenses be amended as
follows:
Class "B" Liquor Licenses be increased
from twelve (12) to thirteen (13)
Section 2: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish this Ordinance in
pamphlet form.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval and publication according to law.
