A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING DEPOSITORIES AND DESIGNATING CERTAIN
OFFICIALS AS APPROPRIATE SIGNATORIES
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that the best interest of the
Village of Elk Grove would be served by designating Citizens Bank,
CIB Bank, Parkway Bank & Trust, and Citibank as depositories in which
certain funds and securities of the Village of Elk Grove Village may
be deposited or held in custody; and
WHEREAS, certain officials are designated as appropriate
signatories.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1: That the resolutions from these Banks requiring
designated and authorized signatories, is hereby approved to be
initially executed and revised from time to time as required as a
result of resignation or termination of employment or term of office,
as the case may be, of those officials designated on said
Resolutions.
Section 2: That the account to which this Resolution is
applicable is as follows: Elk Grove Village Investment Account.
Section 3: That the following officials are designated
signatories on the account named above: Mayor, Village Manager,
Village Clerk, Village Treasurer and Assistant Village Treasurer.
Section 4: That this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
VOTE: AYES: 6 NAYS: 0 ABSENT: 0
PASSED this 9th day of October , 2001.
