RESOLUTION NO. 07-00 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A CERTIFICATE OF APPROVAL AND INITIAL ACCEPTANCE AND DEED OF CONVEYANCE/BILL OF SALE FOR ACCEPTANCE OF THE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS INSTALLED BY ELK GROVE TOWNSHIP (EAST SIDE OF BUSSE ROAD SOUTH OF COMMERCE DRIVE) NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DUPage, State of Illinois as follows : Section 1 : That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby accept a Certificate of Approval and Initial Acceptance and Deed of Conveyance/Bill of Sale for acceptance of the public sanitary sewer improvements installed by the Elk Grove Township as described on the " as built" engineering plans and specifications prepared by Daniel Creaney Company, 450 Skokie Boulevard, Suite 105 and dated 1/13/00 . Section 2 : That the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village do hereby waive the required two year maintenance guarantee by Elk Grove Township.
