A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A TRUSTEES DEED CONVEYING
TO THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE OUTLOT G IN THE
HUNTINGTON CHASE SUBDIVISION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DUPage, Illinois
as follows:
Section 1: That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby
accept a Trustees Deed, conveying to the Village of Elk Grove Village for a
park site/detention basin, Outlot G in Huntington Chase Phase One
Subdivision and legally described as follows:
Lot G in Huntington Chase Phase One, Being a Subdivision
of part of Section 31, Township 41 North, Range 11, East
of the Third Principal Meridian according to the plat thereof
recorded June 5, 1995, as Document Number 95363869, in Cook
County, Illinois.
Section 2: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to record said Trustees Deed.
Section 3: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
