A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NOS. 2-93 AND 8-92
AND ESTABLISHING ANNEXATION FEES; FEES FOR REVIEW OF
CERTAIN DOCUMENTS; AND FEES FOR PUBLIC HEARINGS HELD
BEFORE THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES, PLAN
COMMISSION AND ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS OF THE VILLAGE
OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1: All applicants for annexation of property to the Village
of Elk Grove Village shall pay an annexation fee in accordance with the
following schedule:
(1) No agreement for zoning or development
plans or a hearing - $100.00;
(2) Pre -annexation agreement with no zoning
changes - $10.00 per acre or $500.00
whichever is the greater sum;
(3) Zoning change without pre -annexation
agreement - $400.00;
(4) Zoning change with pre -annexation agreement -
$10.00 per acre or $500.00, whichever is
the greater sum, plus a $150.00 filing fee and
$250.00 court reporter deposit for a public hearing
before the Plan Commission; and a $150.00 filing
fee and $250.00 court reporter deposit for a public
hearing before the President and Board of Trustees.
Section 2: That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby
authorize a fee schedule for review of documents as follows:
1. Plats of Subdivision: - $100.00 plus $10.00
per lot and recording fees as required by
the County Recorders of Cook and DuPage
Counties.
2. Conceptual site or land use plan reviews:

Section 3: That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby
authorize a fee schedule for public hearings held before the President and
Board of Trustees, Plan Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals as follows:
1. Rezoning hearing $150.00 filing fee
250.00 Court Reporter Deposit
2. Special use Hearing $150.00 filing fee
250.00 Court Reporter Deposit
3. Zoning Variation
Residential $ 75.00 Filing Fee
plus costs incurred over the
$75.00
Business and
Industrial $150.00 Filing Fee
250.00 Court Reporter Deposit
4. Public Hearings
not listed $150.00 Filing Fee
150.00 Court Reporter Deposit
Section 4: In addition to above established fees, the petitioner
shall be required to pay any additional charges or expenditures incurred by
the Village including but not limited to court reporter and publishing fees.
Section 5: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
