A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A FACTOR OF 1%FOR LOSS IN COLLECTION
FOR THE 1997 PROPERTY TAX LEVY FOR ALL FUNDS COMPRISING THE TAX
LEVY FOR THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1. That the County Clerks of Cook and DuPage Counties, are hereby
authorized and directed to apply a factor of 1% for loss in collection for 1997 property
taxes to be extended for the Village of Elk Grove Village.
Section 2. That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file a
certified copy of this Resolution with the County Clerks of Cook and DuPage Counties,
Illinois, prior to December 30, 1997.
Section 3. That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish this
Resolution in pamphlet form.
Section 4. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval and publication according to law.
