A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 26-92 BY ADDING
HARRIS BANK AND CERTAIN ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTS THERETO
AS DESIGNATED DEPOSITORIES AUTHORIZED BY THE VILLAGE
OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
NOW, THEFEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1. That Resolution No. 26-92 is hereby amended by
adding thereto Harris Bank as a designated depository in which certain
funds and securities of the Village of Elk Grove Village may be
deposited or held in custody.
Section 2. That Resolution No. 26-92 is hereby amended by
adding thereto certain additional accounts as follows:
NBD Bank Industrial/Commercial Revitalization Fund
IPTIP Capital Replacement Fund
Harris Bank Recycling Fund
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and
effect fran and after its passage and approval according to law.
