HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTION - 41-95 - 7/11/1995 - ACCEPT TRUSTEE'S DEEDRESOLUTION NO. 41-95 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A TRUSTEE'S DEED CONVEYING TO THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE OUTLOT F LOCATED WITHIN THE HUNTINGTON CHASE SUBDIVISION (WATER TOWER- Biesterfield & Rohlwinq Roads) NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows: Section 1. That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby accept a Trustee's Deed, conveying to the Village of Elk Grove Village Certain Property located within the Lexington Homes, Inc., Huntington Chase Subdivision and legally described as follows: Outlot F in Huntington Chase Phase Two, being a subdivision of a part of Section 31, Township 41 North, Range 11 East of the Third Principal Meridian, according to the plat thereof recorded on June 5, 1995, as Document 95 363870 Section 2. That the Village Attorney is hereby authorized and directed to cause the recording of said Deed and to remove said property from the tax rolls. Section 3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law. VOTE: AYES: 6 NAYS: 0 ABSENT: 0 PASSED this 11th day of July , 1995.
